Please join us Sunday, March 27th at 1PM for a fundraising event at Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC to support Samaritan’s Purse efforts in Ukraine. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Samaritan’s Purse.
We’re asking a $10 donation per person at the door or online, and will have baked goods, t-shirts, and other items for sale that day in order to raise additional funds, 100% of which will be donated to Samaritan’s Purse. Bring comfortable shoes, as we will be walking the perimeter of the farm at 1:30 to show solidarity with Ukrainians abroad and at home. Afterwards, we will have Ukrainians in our community speak on what’s happening and how you can help and cultural music will be provided by Gypsy Laurel to celebrate Ukraine. Feel free to make posters and bring flags if you have them to this event.
Cash donations or Venmo donations sent to @MissAngels with the description “AID” will be accepted. We cannot stress enough how much opening your heart includes opening your wallet to assist relief and aid efforts in response to the violence and devastation in Ukraine. If you’re unable to join us at Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC on the 27th, you can still contribute either through Venmo or through donations dropped off at Miss Angels Heavenly Pies, located at 153 N Main Street in downtown Mount Airy.
